Yes — every Datavtar subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If we are not the right fit for your team, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will return the full amount, no questions asked. Onboarding is included with every plan: guided setup inside the product and a working session with our team to get your people running.
Every tier is available with monthly or annual billing. Annual carries a lower per-user rate across every plan — choosing annual saves roughly 20% compared with the equivalent monthly rate.
Yes — manage your subscription from the admin console at any time. Adding seats takes effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades, cancellations, and switches between monthly and annual take effect at the end of your current cycle, and you keep full access until then. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the term ends.
Normal use of Search, Chat, automations, and the activated applications is included on the Single application and All applications tiers — there is no per-call metering for end users. On the Builder tier, application creation and refinement consume credits: each license includes five app credits per calendar month, and additional credits are €9 each. Authoring automations and internal Experts is not credit-gated.
An app credit is consumed each time a Builder creates or refines an application — building automations and internal Experts does not consume credits. Each Builder license includes five app credits per calendar month; additional credits beyond the included five are €9 each.
An application is an app your organization has built on Datavtar and activated for its team — for example, a department workflow app, an internal operations tool, or a customer-facing app. An organization administrator grants each Single-application end user access to one such application.
A Builder license lets a user create and refine applications, automations, and internal Experts. An Organization Administrator license adds identity, governance, and Marketplace publishing for the whole organization.
Yes — every Organization Administrator seat includes all Builder capabilities. An administrator can build, refine, and govern applications, automations, and internal Experts without buying a separate Builder license.
Yes — combine them however your roles require. Each user holds one license at a time, and each license is reassignable as your team changes.
Subscriptions to third-party Experts on the Datavtar Marketplace are an optional layer on top of your Datavtar licenses. Datavtar collects those fees on behalf of the publishing organization, so they appear on your Datavtar invoice alongside your subscription rather than as a separate bill.
